Anti-ligature clothing is widely used in mental health and rehabilitation settings to help reduce the risk of self-harm. Our seclusion range has been specifically developed for use alongside close supervision of service users.

The seclusion gown is constructed from Secure-Tex—a dual-layer, heavyweight, flame-retardant polyester fabric. It features robust DNA stitching and reinforced seams sewn with high-strength thread, enhancing both tensile and tear resistance. The fabric is engineered to discourage the formation of ligatures while maintaining comfort and reducing the risk of injury. Please note that “anti-ligature design” means it is designed to make ligature creation difficult, not impossible.
